  • Accessibility: Implement and maintain WCAG 2.2 standards and beyond to deliver inclusive and user-friendly websites.
  • Web Security: Strengthen web and infrastructure security by implementing best practices to safeguard data and prevent vulnerabilities.
  • Green Web Design: Apply sustainable web design principles, such as reducing energy consumption, optimising hosting efficiency, and lowering environmental impact.
  • Team Guidance and Training: Provide training and technical guidance to team members, helping them improve their skills and align with best practices.

Your Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Performance Optimisation (Priority): Proven ability to improve site speed and scalability.
  • Accessibility Standards (Priority): Experience implementing WCAG 2.2 guidelines or similar.
  • Web Security Knowledge (Important): Solid understanding of infrastructure and web application security.
  • Green Web Awareness (Bonus): Familiarity with sustainable web design practices is a plus, but not essential.
  • Collaboration and Mentorship: A proven ability to work with and guide diverse teams, sharing knowledge and fostering technical growth.

If you don’t meet all the criteria but feel strongly aligned with our mission, we encourage you to apply!
